FAQ
1. What can I expect during a coaching session?
2. How can coaching help me?
My clients experience significant benefits from coaching, including increased confidence, improved focus and performance, and often the realization of lifelong dreams. They also gain valuable self-awareness, understanding their behaviors, thought patterns, and core motivations.
Research from The Institute of Coaching further validates these outcomes, with 80% of coaching recipients reporting increased self-confidence and 70% reporting improvements in performance, relationships, and communication. Studies also show coaching's effectiveness in reducing procrastination, a critical element of success. Ready to unlock your potential, achieve your goals, and live your dream life?
3. How many coaching sessions will I need?
Your coaching journey typically begins with a commitment of eight or more sessions, with regular progress reviews every eight sessions. It's common for clients to focus on one particular area of their life, complete a set of sessions to address it, and then return for coaching when they're ready to tackle something new.
4. What can I expect during a hypnotherapy session?
A typical session has three parts. First, we'll have a pre-talk to discuss the area you want to address and clarify any questions you have. Then, I'll guide you into a relaxed state for the hypnotherapy itself, where the healing work takes place. Finally, we'll have a brief post-talk to discuss your experience and any insights gained. You'll be awake and aware throughout the entire session.
5. What can hypnotherapy help me?
Hypnotherapy offers a powerful pathway to lasting change by working directly with your subconscious mind. This bypasses the need for strenuous willpower, allowing empowering beliefs to be readily accepted. Clients often experience hypnotherapy as a profound reset, leading to significant transformation and a renewed sense of possibility. It empowers you to achieve both personal and professional goals, transforming feelings of being stuck and hopeless into success and fulfillment, helping you unlock your full potential and live a more fulfilling life.
6. Is hypnosis a strange or unusual state?
Actually, you naturally enter states of trance or hypnosis throughout the day, such as when you're waking up, driving on the highway, watching TV, or even when you're deeply focused or worried.
7. What will it feel like to be in hypnosis, and will I be in control?
You will be awake, aware, and in control throughout the entire session. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility, not unconsciousness or mind control. You can stop the session at any time for any reason.
8. What if I don't feel or see anything during hypnosis?
That's perfectly fine. Hypnosis is a unique experience for everyone, and the subconscious communicates in various ways, including feelings and sensations. There's no right or wrong way to experience it, and we can work with whatever arises (or doesn't) during the session. The key is to relax and allow yourself to engage with the process.
9. How many hypnotherapy sessions will I need?
While many clients find that three hypnosis sessions are ideal, the number can be tailored to your specific goals. You may find significant benefit from just one session if you process information quickly or if you are addressing a single, focused area. For those with multiple goals or who prefer a more in-depth experience, additional sessions may be recommended.
10. What is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ allows people to access a part of themselves that holds all the answers. Some people call this the Higher Self, the Over Soul, the Super Conscious. With QHHT®, clients are able to have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are — and to ultimately create change within themselves.
11. How is QHHT® different from other forms of Regression Hypnosis?
During a session, your practitioner gently guides you into the "theta" brainwave state, that calm space just before sleep or waking. From this place, we can access your Higher Self (or Subconscious), the all-knowing part of you connected to Source that holds your complete history. This inner wisdom intelligently directs you to the exact experiences needed for healing—perhaps a past life, an earlier moment in your current life, or even insights from the time between lives. Your practitioner then communicates with this powerful part of you, asking why these specific journeys were presented and addressing all your prepared questions, including requests for healing. Sometimes, it may provide reasons why a complete healing isn't possible at that moment, often indicating there's still personal work or a lesson you need to integrate. In such cases, the practitioner will ask for specific guidance on what steps you can take to facilitate your own healing journey. Other times, the healing will be completed within the session itself.
